- We share your personal info only to coaches when necessary to make communication easy and help prevent harm in an emergency situation.

For example, you may be able to order team or group themed merchandise through one of our partners. We use the Eventespresso app to promote our events and gather your registration information. Your registration information is subject to their privacy policy which is available at https://eventespresso.com/about/privacy-policy/
We use VerticalResponse to manage our newsletter and other email lists. There’s no third-party tracking in messages we send through VerticalResponse besides VerticalResponse’s own analytics, which may aggregate how many subscribers open a message or click the links inside. We use Team Snap and SportsYou, Sportsengine as a communication tool for our sports teams. We place your player’s name and the email address you supplied to extend an invitation for you to join Team Snap. Once you accept this invitation you can update and provide additional information. 2. RJS never sells your email address or any other Personal Info you volunteer
We don’t receive payment in cash or in kind from third parties in exchange for your Personal Information. Further, we don’t allow third parties to collect info about you on our site through cookies or other means.

Refunds and Prorating
Robert Jacobson Sports Foundation does not offer refunds once classes or programs have started. We do not prorate any of our programs.
Payment For Programs:
1. Payment is required in full prior to the start of any programs for participation in any Robert Jacobson Sports (RJS) programs.
2. If your child get hurt, quits the program or elects not do the program once the program has started, payment is still required in full.
3. Robert Jacobson Sports registration applies a non-refundable percentage to credit card payments. To avoid credit card fees, you have the option to pay by check to Robert Jacobson Sports Foundation – P.O. Box 66, Ardsley NY 10502.
