NFL FLAG is the premier youth football league for females in grades K to HS. The program provides players a fun and exciting opportunity to engage in non-contact, continuous action while learning lessons in teamwork, sportsmanship, commitment and self discipline.

NFL FLAG Football is a popular five-on-five game filled with “NON CONTACT” fun and action. In this game, the offensive team plays for a first down at midfield and a touchdown in the end zone. Running and passing plays are allowed, although there are “no-running zones” at midfield and near each goal line. The defensive team covers receivers, rushes the passer and grabs flags to make “tackles.”  Our NFL Flag football can be included with your tackle football schedule.

The RJS NFL Flag Football regular season games begins on Sunday, March 10th and ends on Sunday, May 19th (prior to proms and graduation festivities)  Games will be played on Sunday afternoon only – (make up games might be on other days if necessary). Coaches will conduct practices based on their availability.

Game Schedules:  Games will be scheduled for each Sunday starting at 1PM. The last game will finish by 5pm or 6PM depending on the number of teams that we have.

VOLUNTEER COACHES NEEDED:

We will need several volunteer head coaches and assistant coaches.  RJS will help new and veteran coaches and provide coaching apps to help prepare you for the season.  Coaches will schedule practices at your convenience and find a field of your own choice.  RJS will not be involved in practice scheduling.  Volunteer coaches will receive an NFL Flag shirt.  Please send an email to RJSSports@outlook.com if you can register for the season.
