We need at least 18 players per team by June 15th! The more players we have, the lower the expenses for everyone, since costs like field usage, coaching fees, equipment, league fees, referees, insurance, and more are shared equally among all participants.

Since 2009, RJS has built a foundation of success for football players in Ardsley. Our athletes feed into Ardsley High School’s championship-winning varsity team, helping them achieve a 71-39 record with three section titles since 2014. But the success doesn’t stop at high school—our program has a strong relationship with the New York Jets!
Last year, RJS players had the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to take the field in front of 80,000 fans during a Jets halftime game. This connection adds an extra layer of prestige to our program, ensuring young athletes experience the thrill of performing at the highest level!
Safety First—Always
RJS competes in the Westchester United Football League, an organization committed to player safety and fair play. The league enforces strict safety regulations, including:
· Weight limits for each position, ensuring fair and safe competition
· No kickoffs, reducing high-speed collisions and improving injury prevention
· On-field trainers at every game, providing immediate medical attention when needed
· Preseason scrimmages, allowing players to gain valuable game experience before the season begins
Additionally, our USA Football-certified coaches teach the Seattle Seahawks’ Shoulder Tackling System, a scientifically proven method to reduce head-impact risks while reinforcing proper tackling technique. Weight limits are enforced for every position to ensure fair and safe play.
